Description
Museum quality Black Coral specimen, Very Rare due to CITES band in 1981. Reported collection history place this specimen within the mesophotic "twilight" zone at extreme depth for scuba. This specimen is accompanied with a provenance certificate documenting family account and places it private possession prior to 1981.
Dimensions
57" W x 37" H x 4" D , a basal trunk at 30mm radius, which makes it centuries old when collected.
