The art is in good condition. The photos were taken with my cell phone so there is a background glare in the photo. I assume the art is made on expensive art canvas. I do not know the artist's name but his signature is on the painting. The art was a gift to me from a wealthy business man in China about 25 years ago. He said the artist was the same artist that did the painting for President Clinton when he visited China.
