Don’t know who made it. It is of the Hepplewhite style It is in excellent condition. It is made primarily of burl maple and glass.

It is two pieces. The top piece is approximately 9.5 inches deep, width is 33.5. there are four shelves behind glass doors. The bottom section is 16.75 inches deep, with four drawers.
