Considering the photographs, overall pattern, printing style and quality and the period, I concluded that this is an Antique Art Catalogue composed of Ancient Paintings, Object of Arts and Modern Paintings. The piece was printed by the Barnes Printing Company in 1925. This is a part of a limited production of just 12 pieces. This piece is the 12th. The piece was printed in New York on Imperial paper. The quality of the piece and printing is quite high for the period. The piece has 126 pages and illustrates, explains notable pieces from private collections all over the world. The piece was printed by the efforts of the following companies at the time:
Duveen Brothers Inc.
F. Kleinberger Galleries Inc.
M. Knoedler and Co.
The piece appears to be in good condition without visible problems, a collectible.
