The presented object appears to be an "Arbeitsbuch" ((PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT RECORD BOOK) of a woman with the name Else Nemecek from the year 1935. Such documents like this Arbeitsbuch documented all employments in companies and projects which were organized by the national and regional gouverment. These worker's ID documents are still often to find on the market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
