A High Bee marked Goebel figurine which I believe to be a factory sample. It is of gnome with an umbrella which I think is an ashtray.

Description

The ceramic figure has no cracks or chips apart from some very minor loss of glaze on the edge of the umbrella. It has a blue "high bee" Goebel trademark along with a small hand painted 6 or 9 on the base. There is a model number but it is unreadable. It is 10cm or 3 15/16 inches tall. The umbrella is orange as is the gnome's hat. He has yellow shirt, white legs, brown shoes and an orange cap. He is looking down and to his right and has a gray beard and hair. His right hand rests on the handle of the upturned umbrella which has a brown, hooked handle.
