This rug is approximately 5 feet by 6.5 feet. I was gifted this and a few other rugs while in Afghanistan but I have never used them and they have been rolled up in storage. I believe it is wool, it appears hand knotted and is richly colored, although difficult to see in the photo.
I was gifted this rug from an Afghan man while I was living in Afghanistan. I do t know the origin but was Pashtun area.
