I wish I knew who this is made by , year andwhat it's made of but I just can't. I can tell you that my mother has had this in her shed since 1994. Not climate controlled as she lives in Pace, Fl. The chest is W 20' x H 45.5' x L 40 Dresser isW 20' x H 33' x L 60' I'd say the wear is from it sitting in the shed for so long. It's still a solid standing unit but restoration would bring it back to usable condition.
