Antique Bisque Doll
We think she is a "Bisque" doll, who measures 16" tall. We don't know how old she is, but she belonged to my great aunt, who was born around the end of the 19th century. The doll came dressed in a similarly antique lace dress, which doesn't look like the doll's original clothing - too big. Probably a baby's dress.
As previously said, the doll belonged to my great aunt, who died in the mid 80's aged in her 90's. I presume the doll was from her childhood. It has always been in the family and never exhibited.

The presented object appears to be an S.F.B.J. French bisque head doll with the measurements of 16 inches height. The doll of an girl with real brown hair has an cast and hallmarked bisque head with sleeping eyes and an composite body. Beside the hallmark of the S.F.B.J (Société Française de Fabrication de Bébés et Jouets), the model number 60, we read Paris and the number 3/0. The dress does not belong to this doll. This doll was made in the early 20th century in France.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 300 USD.

OK, managed to see the mark under her hair. It reads S.F.B.J. 60 Paris. That seems to be a pretty important mark from what I can see!
