I looked for marking but couldn't find any. This is apparently brass (very heavy, I scratched the inside of the rosette and it was shiny golden color) with white glass flowers attached to the main body and the satellite globes with a metal wire lattice. One of the satellite globes is missing several of the glass flower pieces. I have attached a photo of the missing pieces. Otherwise, all are intact.
Approx. 36" diameter from globe to globe and 42" high when mounted.

A vintage Empire style brass and hand-made glass rosette four-light chandelier
French, 20th Century
Of pendant tear-drop form with foliate-form cast brass ceiling mount, the body encircled by a brass cuff issuing four swan-form arms, each holding a globe in its beak, unmarked.
42 inches overall height, 36 inches diameter
CONDITION: With some losses to the glass rosettes but otherwise this appears to be in good structural and working condition.
