I have my grandmother's china cabinet, which is over a hundred years old.
Passed down through the family.
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 1910s -1920s quarter sawn "tiger oak" china cabinet in the Mission style. The well proportioned simple design contrasts well with the vivid wood grain. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. Prices in the trade are usually higher and can vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
Please check for a Stickley Brothers furniture mark
Why is the same one on this link much more?

Asking prices in the trade can´t be the basis for an appraisal. Gustav Stickley pieces still sell for a few thousand, but the high prices paid ten years ago are long gone.
I had a guy contact me for my add for $800, and offered me $900. Why would he do this if it is only valued at $800? I saw a similiar one on ebay for $15,000. Please double check.
