This may be a music cabinet - if you can take and attach a photo of the interior (with the door open) I can confirm that more closely.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage "Vernis Martin" style veneered and mirrored vitrine cabinet
In the European taste, first half 20th Century
The bowfront top with molded edge surmounted by a mirrored backsplash and with pierced brass grill to the sides, over a corresponding case fitted with a single drawer with figures painted on the front, opening (to reveal a shelved interior?), the case sides with landscape decoration, all on straight tapering square-section legs joined by a shelf stretcher.
Overall height 46 inches, 25 inches wide, 14 inches deep; mirror is 12 by 24 inches CONDITION: Wear commensurate to age and use, with losses to veneer at bottom of case sides.
