What does this mean?

Dear Kimberly,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry and I wish you a Happy New Year 2021.

The presented object appears to be a bisque head doll made in the second half of the 20th century. The body is stamped by Seeley but the bisque head is stamped FH 06. Either the FH 06 is a model number of the heads which come from another part of the production then the body because of the different material which were used. Seeley cooperated with other producers and designers for bisque heads. There were bisque head dolls sold with such an FH hallmark but remained in the catalog description unidentified.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 20 to 40 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
