It’s covered in felt, spring mid section, and sounds like there’s a rattle ball inside. I’ve only found one online and it says mid to late 19th century, but no price. I thought it was Steiff but further research make me think it’s older. The frame is wood from what I can tell and was well played with, but in good condition overall.
