Sultan Abdul Aziz II was in power from June 1861 to May 1876, and the Hijri calendar equivalent of 1277 was 1860-1861,
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique Turkish Islamic sterling and coin silver sherbet spoon
coin dated to 1860-1861; spoon probably third quarter 19th Century
Bowl fashioned from a Sultan Abdul Aziz II 20 Kurush coin with twisted handle and crescent moon and star terminal.
Obverse: Sultan Abdul Aziz II Tughra beneath stars and above regnal year, wreath, and value. Lettering: ١٠ سنة
Reverse: Stacked legend within wreath. Lettering: عز نصره ضرب في قسطنطينية ١٢٧٧ Translation: "May he be victorious Struck in Constantinople 1277"
11 inches long; diameter of bowl 1-1/4 inches
Weight 56.8 g (1.82 ozt)
CONDITION: this spoon appears to be in good condition with minor wear commensurate to age and use.
