Wooden antique rocking chair that is miniature. I would assume it is either for a young child or a doll. It does have a crack in the left arm near where it attaches to the seat. The measurments are: 24 inches high, 16 inches wide, the rockers are 22 inches long and the seat is 13 inches long. It has been a treasured centerpiece in the living room for generations. I really don't know how old it is but it seems quite old.
Owned by one family for years. Unknown age

The fair-market value I gave ($100-150) is based on what other similar chairs are bringing when offered at auction within the past couple of years. They differ from a retail or asking price, which is marked up from the fair-market value. If that doesnt make sense please let me know
How does your appraised value usually differ from the market price?
