It is a beautiful chamber stick. Such vintage silverplated candlesticks are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The chamberstick has a lovely shape and the decorations are very nice. It could use a good polishing but appears to be in overall good condition. Chambersticks were popular in the 1800s and the early 1900s before electricity was put in every house. Your chamberstick is made of silverplated metal and I would date it to be from approx. 1900.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online silver auction, where I believe the chamberstick has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the chamberstick. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
