From what I could find, these are by the German maker OKA. Most of the pieces are marked with a 100 stamp with the exception of 2 of the collections of spoons and 2 forks from the smaller forks collection (Apologies for not knowing the names of the different kinds of flatware). I am having a really hard time finding the pattern style of this set, I can hardly find any information about the pattern, so I am hoping to learn about that and the potential value of the set. Also, I am not familiar with the names of the different utensils.

Looking at the photo in which you've neatly laid out 3 knives, 4 forks and 5 spoons, they are, from left: dinner knife, regular or luncheon knife, fruit knife, dinner fork, regular fork, luncheon folk, salad fork (with three tines), dinner spoon, soup spoon, tea spoon, cream soup spoon, ice cream spoon.
OKA numbered its patterns rather than naming - this looks like it's pattern "100".

Do you know what era this set is from?
Mid-20th Century would usually be from the 1950s or 60s but the pattern was produced into the late 20th Century (70s, 80s, etc), and may have been new when your family (or whomever you inherited it from) acquired it.
Does that help?
nevermind. I see you have already said this
Awesome! Thanks for all your help!
