Artist Karen Wheeler was a handicapped artist, who used a pen in her mouth. She was very close to my brother, who was paralyzed, after being hit by a drunk driver in 1984. They met at an art show in 1986 and remained close until her death. Its in very good condition, but the matting is slightly faded. I met Ms. Wheeler many times at my brothers house, over the years. It appears to be on heavy grade cardboard. Removed from frame to evaluate. No obvious damage.
