What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 20th century decorative Zhou style pot metal / bronze vase, decorated with two mythical beast qilin handles and phoenix on the front, neck decorated with barely legible characters referring to a Jade Mountain. The vase mounted in a large frame for display. Such vases have been produced for home decor since the 1980s. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction.
