The title is on an attached card. It also says congratulations. No markings to identify lamp is anywhere else. Lamp shade attaches directly to the bulb. Metal circle that holds on. Base is almost 10 inches tall, bottom is 4 inches wide , about 17 inches wide at its widest, lamp shade is 8 inches tall, 10 inches wide at it widest. Base seems to be porcelain best guess with 2 yellow lilies and 1 Orange Red with green stems and leaves, white and shiny. Elegant look. Lamp Shade is accordion type. Lilies are crisp and vibrant.
