This description came from an appraiser 30 years ago: late nineteenth century German cupboard with pine secondary woods and Circassian walnut primary woods. The walnut is of a species indigenous to Europe, and a decorative crotch or burl cut of this wood were utilized for the doors and drawer fronts.
