What does this mean?

Dear Aaron,

Thank you for your request. The apprised object is a biscuit barrel made by the company Royal Doulton. The barrel has a handle and sadly the lid is missing. The object is decorated with views from Switzerland and this series is called after this location. That is repeated with the hallmark Doulton`s Switzerland. Royal Doulton was an English ceramic manufacturing company producing tableware and collectibles, dating from 1815 and is still producing under this name until now.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 10 to 20 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
