This is a 19th century, Victorian era, circa 1850, 4-door mahogany wood book case in the Gothic Revival style with tracery over glass. These were generally used in libraries of barristers, philosophers and 'men of letters'. This is a fine example of an antique library book case. Book cases from all eras are desirable and collectible on the market. The estimate is based on actual recent past auction sales of comparables.
