What does this mean?

Dear Dawn,

Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a pair of stirrups made out of cast brass. This type of stirrups is still in usage in South and Middle America and known as Conquistador style stirrups. This pair was probably made in the late 19th or less possible in the 20th century.
This piece is in medium condition and there are damages visible.
An estimation would be between 30 to 60 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
