Dear Cathy,
Thank you for your answer and patience. I can also work with this image.
The presented object appears to be an offset print on paper with unknown measurements. This print was made after a drawing by the famous French artist Maurice UTRILLO (1883-1955). The original drawing depicts a street scene from the Parisian quarter Montmartre and we can see the windmill of the famous "Moulin Rouge" from behind. This reprint was made in the middle or second half of the 20th century. The signature and the title "Monmartre" are printed with the plate and not hand signed.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 25 to 50 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
The other appraisers zoomed in on my other art .... can you not zoom in on the pic?
