Cabinet is wood with copper Top secured with hammered “buttons,” inside has a lazy Susan style rack in the center with wheels made of wood with 4 cut out circles on top, right and left both have small half shelves. Exterior has pull handle opening and hinges with a picture of a man with in a hat in the center of the door with 2 very faint oriental symbols next to him. There are no screws or traditional nails But rather hammered pins in the construction of the cabinet. one small drawer on the bottom of the cabinet but inside the door. Dimensions are 14.5x 14.5 square by 44 inches tall. Door is 13.75 inches wide by 24.75 inches tall Copper square on top is 12x12 small shelves are 3.75 inches wide.
1969, My father Was at a gas station and a man looking for alcohol with no money down on his luck asked my father for money to buy beer. My dad told him he wouldn’t buy nor give him beer but rather would trade for the cabinet in the back of his truck. The man was reluctant at first, but then agreed to a trade for pack of 6 beers for the cabinet.

The figure with the top hat looks to me like the Johnny Walker figure, which would indicate that this might have been a promotional advertising cabinet for the whisky. I'd date this to early 20th Century.

Probably made for Johnny Walker Whisky, circa 1900-1910
The cabinet of square section with bronze-studded top, one side hinged and opening to reveal a divided interior featuring side-hung shelves and a turn-table with bottle cutouts, over a long drawer, raised on a stand with square legs joined by a box stretcher.
44 inches tall overall; 14 1/2 inches wide by 14 1/2 inches deep
