This is a very nice albeit not terribly old piece...very functional and decorative.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A Continental style heavily carved walnut two-piece cabinet
probably first half 20th Century
The upper section comprising an outset center section with relief-carved cabinet door flanked by recessed relief-carved cabinet doors raised on inverted baluster supports, the lower section surmounted by a mirrored backsplash, the case fitted with two short drawers over two relief-carved cabinet doors opening to a shelved interior, all on short bun feet (possible wear and loss to base molding and feet).
