We have a signed numbered pen & ink drawing by H. Eckert. It is signed by the artist in pencil and 10/100. The pencil hand-written title is Cheeze House 1895. The artist H. Eckert signature and print number is also hand-written in pencil. The attached photo is not great. The dark spot is a shadow and not on the print Is it worth anything?

The matted frame is 15"x 12". I am assuming the print is 12" x 9"
