The item appraised is an oak sideboard with a likely married tripartite mirror. The base is set with two long drawers above two short vertical doors and flanked to either side by a long vertical door. The vertical doors have an inset panel of carved stylized foliage. The whole appears to be produced in the 20th century, likely the second half. Unfortunately, the market for large, brown furniture is very depressed, as people are decorating their homes buying inexpensive flat-pack furniture.

I would suggest selling on an online community site, such as Gumtree or Craigslist. I do not think that it will be worth your time to sell at auction. The estimate listed is for auction.
