Doll measures 7”. With wide-brimmed hat 8”. Looks like an Easter dress and bonnet. There is a stuffed bunny attached to the skirt of her dress.
It belonged to my mother-in-law who was born in 1938. Right arm seems to be attached backwards.
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a lovely vintage china/porcelain doll with a little bunny. The style and clothes dates the doll to be from the early 1940s-1950s. The head is made of china as is the lower arms and legs. The body is made of linen. It appears to be in good condition. This type of doll was more a showpiece than an actual toy. Without the marks or any label it is hard to determine the origin however I would say that it was made in Germany or the USA - both countries had a large toy production.
I believe that this lovely doll and bunny would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the easter doll has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the doll and bunny. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.

Ok, I took the safety pin out. No additional markings. Additional pics attached.
There are none that I could find. As shown in one of the pictures, her clothes are held on with a safety pin in the back. I am afraid to take them off for fear I won’t be able to get them back on without ripping them.
