A George III style mahogany and japanned lacquer sideboard
made by the Paine Furniture Company, Boston, early 20th Century
In the Asian style, with Asian style fretwork returns, blind-fret applied decoration and ebonized trim, the case fitted with two long drawers flanked by black and scarlet-japanned cabinet doors, all raised on square molded legs joined by an H-stretcher.
37 inches overall height, 66 inches wide, 21 inches deep
CONDITION: wear appears to be commensurate with age and use
