Dear John,
This is a Chinese porcelain plate. It was likely to have been produced most likely after the late Qing dynasty, mid-late 20th century.
The artist’s technique does not appear to be particularly refined, but free and playful. The absence of any marking on the obverse side indicates as well that it was produced for a lower end market. .
Based on previous sales of similar pieces, this item has a Fair Market Value of $50 to $100.
