Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a Chinese theater curtain, probably from the Qing era. On the left is a literati holding a peach of immortality. The scene looks like it is a depiction of characters from ‘Journey to the West,’ a 16th century novel.
The embroidered silk details are finely sewn and the piece appears to be in good condition.
