This is a circa 1900 original oil painting with frame of a landscape scene with people. It is illegibly signed at lower right with a first
initial of R and the last name appears to start in the letter F or T. The painting is likely Continental or British. It is well rendered and
done by an accomplished hand with adept use of atmospheric perspective that captures a morning fog lifting with the sunrise.
Illegibly signed, the estimate is based on past sale records of comparables of other works with this level of skill, the depiction, age
and condition.
