This is a vintage 20th century framed color reproduction print image of a Waterlily painting by French Impressionist, Claude Monet (1840 - 1926). (Note, the signature in-plate is not Claude Viallat and this is not an original painting). He did a series of various views of waterlilies on ponds that were in his gardens in Giverney in France. Reproductions of his paintings are common and intended as decorative wall art, not as fine art for investment purposes. This would have been produced well after Monet had passed away in 1926.
