stamped: PL& B 00 1047 (on base) bottom/base is cast iron ornate leaves with 4 contact points leading up to an all red semi transparent frosted globe. the globe has flowers at leaves blown into the glass, there are 3 seams equally separated from eachother running top to bottom. seal appears fused not glued.
