A George III style mahogany and japanned lacquer cabinet on stand
made by the Paine Furniture Company, Boston, early 20th Century
In two parts, in the Asian style, the upper section with molded cornice over blind fretwork decoration over two cabinet doors with extensive landscape decoration opening to a shelved interior; the lower section with a molded surround molding, the case fitted with a single long drawer, all raised on square molded legs joined by an H-stretcher.

CONDITION: wear appears to be commensurate with age and use
