Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal and the additional photo. This appears to be a Thomas Webb crystal glass decanter and glasses, in a cardboard bookcover imitation case. The decanter with the etched "Thomas Webb made in England" mark, which can be dated to the period from 1936-1949.
