The painting is signed D. Perkins on the bottom right corner. It is a watercolor of a church on a hill with fall colors. The painting measures approximately 29”x40”. The frame is 35”x46” and is composed of wood with a linen mat. I have looked into the artist, and I believe it could be Dale Perkins out of San Francisco.

Without an artistic attribution, the Fair Market Value of this work is estimated based on other contemporary watercolor paintings of architecture, scenery, and cityscapes. In the paintings category, watercolors typically sell below oil paintings. Those that sell higher than average increased in value due to their artistic attribution. Most church scene watercolors sell below $300. Considering these sales trends, we estimate the Fair Market Value of this work between $0 and $200.
Thank you again for your appraisal submission.
Kind regards,
