What does this mean?

Dear Fern - Greetings! Thank you for submitting to Mearto. You have an early 20th century lithograph after an oil painting completed in 1922 by Maxfield Parrish titled, "Daybreak". The frame looks to be original to the period. This print is regarded as one of the most popular images of the 20th century.

Similar sized examples with the original frames currently average between $100 - $150 at well publicized auctions, although on bad days they have sold as low as $50USD.
If you have any follow-up questions, please let me know and again, thank you for taking the time to call upon the services at Mearto.

Sincerely- Erin-Marie
