Dear Terri - what a beautiful helmet and stand! At auction, similar pieces are selling for between $6000USD and $11000USD. Because of the nature of this item, I'd recommend showing it to a specialist in Japanese arts as it is possible that the heart represents the symbol of the maker or the owner.
