It is in perfect shape! no chips or bumps. The base is made of a highly polished black stone or black glass. The sculpture is made of clear glass with cobalt blue brought into it and it has like blue arches near the bottom. It has elongated streaks of air bubbles in it to apparently depict feathers. Along the edge of the blue and kind of woven in are streaks of gold.

The black base is 8 1/4", 5 3/4", by 2 5/8". The sculpture on top is approximately 18" long, 14" tall, by 2 3/4" wide. mind you, it's in the shape of a bird. the total weight of the sculpture and the base is approximately 25 pounds!
