This is a porcelain vase from China with transferprinted and screenprinted surface decoration made to look like fencai enamel. It is not famille rose, which is the name for Chinese porcelain with a majority of the background being in pink. The mark on the underside is screenprinted. It phonetically translates to Qianlong Nian Zhi which means Qianlong Period Make. With marks on Chinese wares, the characters state a Dynasty after which the style of the item is made. In other words, the Dynasty or reign mentioned in the mark does not mean it was made during that time. Your piece was actually made in the 1990's. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
Thank you for the images, they are showing here now.
Please add a link to the comparable you found on Ebay that is similar to yours.
How can I add the pics again for you to see as the system will think it is a new item?
