Yes those pictures are really blurry, so sorry! The publication date is 2005. I am not seeing an "edition" number but the numbers on the production label say the following:
VER. I #88, Limited Edition, SKU: 0000006041, Store 998, Order 010002466
BIN -S002, Slot Location: HE 1-09-A-01
There are no numbers on the print itself as they are all one of a kind.
