Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful collectors doll. Such collectors dolls are being offered at auction on a regular basis. Your doll was made in the last quarter of the 1900s by the company Dandee dolls. They were modelled to look like old antique dolls from the late 1800s and beginning of the 1900s.
However they were mass produced in numbers of 1000-2000 dolls when they came out and unfortunately the market value of this type of doll has decreased below their original sales value within the past few years. There will be collectors to this type of doll and they will value the fact that your doll is still in mint condition, in the original box and without any signs of wear or damage.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online collectors dolls auction, where I believe the doll has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the Dandee doll. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
