Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a framed porcelain image with the measurements of 3 1/4 x 2 3/4 inches. The porcelain image depicts one of the two angels after the famous Sistine Madonna by Raffael Sanzio. The image seems to be handpainted. You should have a look with a magnifier glass on the surface. Either you could see dots which are comparable to pixels. Or you see the single brush strikes which are a proof that this image was handpainted. A label on the reverse side is an argument for an American provenience. This piece was made in the first half of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 30 to 60 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
