From my research it looks like this is a late 19th to early 20th century Thai or Burmese Abhaya (mudra ) Buddha statue in wood. It has the gold gilt covering much of it, with inlay of green and mirrored stones/jewels throughout on the robe. There is wonderful aged patina throughout the statue. The right hand had been broken off at some point at mid forearm, but it is back on and there is damage at the circumference of the mid forearm. There is a very thin crack (1/16th of an inch) that goes from the crown of the head down the left side of the head and face which ends at the chin. Then there is another thin crack down the center from the middle of the throat down the center (widest point of crack is 1/16th of an inch) to about the belly button. There is also a thin crack about 3 in long from the left foot down. I have more pictures I can send as well.

It stands on a lotus I believe? platform which is attached to a roughly made and painted black platform. So the statue itself stands at 40in, but with the extra black platform it is 44 in tall. The width is 19.5 in (widest point at the robe) and the depth (front to back) is 10 in. (Palm of right hand to back of statue.)
