The head is glazed porcelain & the arms & feet are unglazed, sewn onto a stuffed cloth body.
15 inches tall x about 6 inches across. Each arm is 7 1/2 inches long & the legs 6 1/2 from torso.

Unattributed maker, probably European, early/mid 20th Century
The glazed porcelain head with painted features and glued-on red hair, unglazed arms and booted feet attached to a cloth body wearing a cotton striped dress with lace trim. Apparently unmarked.

I can't see any, that being said the wig is glued on pretty heavily on the head & I can't tell if there are markings underneath it
