This appears to be an early 20th century russian samovar from Tula, manufactured by the Batashev factory, signed "Баташева въ Тулъ" These brass samovars have been very popular, they are an integral part of russian culture. Currently prices have gone down due to financial restrictions. At some point in the future prices should gain momentum again. The estimate is based on recent auction results.
